Snoop Dogg Bashes Gasol, Lakers

May 8, 2011

Legendary rapper and Long Beach champion Snoop Dogg dropped some heavy criticism of his hometown team, the Los Angeles Lakers, via Twitter recently.

While the Lakers were dropping their third straight game to the Dallas Mavericks in a Western Conference Semifinals series, Snoop was tweeting away, sharing his own harsh judgments of the team’s issues.

Snoop suggested dropping Gasol for a more promising, unscathed center, such as Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic. With Howard reaching the final year of his contract, whose to say that the D-oh-double-G doesn't have a decent foresight into the future of the Lakers.

Lakers need 2 bench gasol he havn girl problems n he playn like a biitch. Trade dat punk n get d howard to help bynum n odom soft ass sucka!

Rumors have circulated online that franchise player Kobe Bryant’s wife had a hand in the breakup of Gasol and then girlfriend Sylvia Lopez Castro.

Meanwhile, Gasol’s court demeanor have revealed something is amiss with the Spanish native. In the three games versus Dallas, Gasol is averaging 0.7 blocks and 13.3 points, both below his average over the last 10 games. Additionally, Gasol’s field-goal percentage has dropped from .529% to .422%.

Call it distractions or tough defense from the men from Dallas.

With the Lakers now in a 0-3 hole and facing their first sweeping in a playoff series since their 1999 bout with the San Antonio Spurs, the chances of another ‘3-peat’ returning to Los Angeles are looking more and more like wet dreams.

Maybe Snoop can throw Gasol one of his new Blast Drinks from court side to calm down the big Spaniard.

old one! It’s on a totally different subject but it has pretty much the same page layout and design. Wonderful choice of colors!

An impressive share! I’ve just forwarded this onto a colleague who has been doing a little homework on this. And he actually ordered me lunch due to the fact that I discovered it for him… lol. So let me reword this…. Thanks for the meal!! But yeah, thanx for spending the time to talk about this issue here on your website.

When I look at your blog site in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in
Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted
to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, very
    good blog!
