Chris Taylor, Bassist for Grizzly Bear, Announces Solo Tour

Chris Taylor, best known as the bassist for indie folk band Grizzly Bear, announced this week the schedule for his first solo tour under the moniker CANT.

Taylor's signature bass harbored the Grizzly Bear sound. Where will his solo material go?

The debut LP, entitled Dreams Come True, is slated for a September 13th release via Taylor’s Terrible Records label.

While few details surrounding the album have surfaced, Consequence of Sound did previously report that it  features George Lewis Jr. of Twin Shadow.

Taylor also had a hand in the “Kenya” track recorded for the Coca Cola Africa Foundation as part of the Music For RAIN campaign. The track also featured some spicy vocals courtesy of Solange Knowles. You can watch the video for the song below…
