Tobacco Interviews with Kurt Loder in a Bathroom Stall

October 6, 2011

Tom Fec's artistic persona is now more enigmatic than the abandoned son of the grassy knoll shooter. Pretty spectacular and more fun to watch.

Tom Fec, the mastermind of such cosmic acts as Black Moth Super Rainbow and now Tobacco, has always preferred to fly under the radar.

So much so that his ‘appearance’ on a popular late night television show happens to come on the 3 a.m. broadcast of Fox News’ “Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld.” The interview Fec participates in is, naturally for him, totally unnatural. Gutfeld joins Kurt Loder in interviewing the musician from a Brooklyn bathroom stall, where only Fec’s ankles are visible.

Loder of course, is known by most of you readers as the elder gentlemen of MTV, who once served as the lone correspondent of MTV News throughout the 1990s. Nowadays, Loder still has his pruned finger on the pulse of music, as displayed by his familiarity with Fec and his strange alternative flavors.

This is a must-see interview for any fan of Tobacco, BMSR, Kurt Loder’s old ass, or even God forbid, Greg Gutfeld.

    Joe DeRosa has no shoulders!

(Also, I was wondering why his book cover looked so crap.)
